All the World's Music
Sing all the world's music,
Pray all the world's prayers,
Bring all the world's beauty
To picture our lord:
A birth in the silence
A night full of fear,
Then light, words and music
Only shepherds could hear.
The word of the angel,
Good news for the earth,
Not quite comprehending
The wonderful birth:
Their music the angels,
A baby their prayers,
A life changing moment,
Ours as well as theirs.
