Thank You for Creation

  1. Think of the universe with countless planets,
    Think of the moon and stars in the sky;
    Think of the sun as it rises and sets
    And the wind and the rain and the clouds passing by:
    You made them all in Your majesty,
    So thank you God for creating them for me.
  2. Think of the whales swimming North to breed
    And think of them swimming back down South to feed;
    And think of the camels in the desert running wild
    And the way that a kangaroo protects her child:
    You made them all as fellow creatures in our land
    So let us learn to be fair in our command.
  3. Think of the people from all over the world
    Who have come to live in this wonderful place
    And remember especially the people we found here,
    Give them dignity and their own space:
    You made us all to love and follow You
    And to love each other in what we say and do.
