Such joyful Eucharist should not obscure
The human sacrifice that it repeats,
His love in action ever to ensure
The purpose that our human love completes:
That we, of our own will, proclaim
Our love of god,
His Only Son,
The Spirit, by whose sacred flame
We see the Trinity in One.
